Planning a FastSpin session at mrwin77: volatility, pace and stakes
Fifteen of the 16 FastSpin games at mrwin77 are rated medium volatility, and Mighty Sevens is the one high-volatility choice. This guide explains what that means for your balance, how cascades change the pace of a session, and how to work out how far a stake will go.
Medium or high: what FastSpin's ratings mean for your balance
FastSpin, as used on this page, is the game studio that supplies pokies and fishing games to the mrwin77 lobby; it does not run a casino. The studio rates every game's volatility, and the ratings here are strikingly even: 15 of the 16 games are medium, and only Mighty Sevens is high.
Volatility describes how a game spreads its returns. A medium game tends to mix smaller wins in with the occasional larger one, so a balance usually moves in steadier steps. A high-volatility game can go through longer runs without much, then pay in bigger lumps. Neither rating changes what a game returns over the long run; it changes how bumpy the ride is on the way. The online pokies guide by RTP and type sets these ratings beside other studios' games.
Three FastSpin games for three kinds of session
Tiki Rush
A medium-volatility ways game with cascades, so one spin can run on through several wins. 46,656 ways on 6 reels; cascades turn gold symbols wild, and four or more scatters start free games. RTP 96.44%.
Money Empire
A medium-volatility game with a clear bonus: 15 free spins with counted sticky wilds, on 32,400 ways across 6 reels. RTP 96.75%.
Stake arithmetic before your first spin
The number of spins a balance covers is simply the balance divided by the stake. With AU$50 at mrwin77:
- At 50c a spin: 100 spins.
- At AU$1 a spin: 50 spins.
- At AU$2.50 a spin: 20 spins.
On a high-volatility game like Mighty Sevens, a smaller stake gives the balance more spins to ride out the quiet runs. Once a game is open, its stake selector shows the steps it offers.
RTP adds less to this sum than people expect. If you stake AU$500 in total, a 97.04% RTP corresponds to AU$485.20 back on average and 96.44% to AU$482.20, a gap of AU$3. Those averages only hold over a very large number of spins, though. In a single session, volatility moves your balance far more than that difference.
Cascades, lines and the pace of a session
How quickly a session moves depends partly on the pay structure. In a cascade, winning symbols clear and new ones drop in, so one paid spin can keep going with more wins before the next stake is taken. The Great Safari and Tiki Rush have cascades that turn gold symbols wild; Mahjong Princess and Wild Calavera add cascade multipliers.
Line games settle each spin in one step. Spin and Win has a single line on 3 reels, Mighty Sevens has 5 lines and Vegas Hot Fruit 15. The ways games, from 1,024 ways in Adventure To The West to 200,704 in The Great Safari, check every left-to-right match across adjacent reels. In the two fishing games, Fishing Treasure and Ocean Carnival, you shoot at fish to win multipliers, so the pace follows your own shooting.
Mahjong Princess and its buy feature
Mahjong Princess lists a buy feature alongside gold tiles that turn wild and a cascade multiplier. Its rules screen shows the price. If you use it, count that price as part of your session budget, the same as any stake. The game is medium volatility with a 96.61% RTP on 2,000 ways.

RTP at mrwin77: one setting for every game
RTP, or return to player, is the long-run share of all stakes a game is set to pay back. FastSpin gives operators a set of RTP settings to choose from, so the same title can show a lower figure at another casino. mrwin77 runs each FastSpin game on its default setting, which is the highest the studio supplies.
At that setting, the 16 games sit in a narrow band. Mighty Sevens leads at 97.04%, followed by Five Awakens at 96.92% and Ranger Showdown at 96.90%. Tiki Rush is lowest at 96.44%. Because the band is so tight, volatility and features are the better guide when choosing between them.
Test a game's rhythm in demo play
mrwin77 supports demo play, so you can spin with practice credits to feel how often a game pays before you move to real money pokies. Try fifty demo spins of Mighty Sevens and then of Tiki Rush, and the difference between high and medium volatility becomes easier to picture. Practice credits have no cash value, and demo results do not predict a real-money session. See the free pokies guide for how to start.

Common questions
Which FastSpin pokie has the highest volatility?
Mighty Sevens, the only FastSpin game at mrwin77 rated high. The other 13 slots and both fishing games are rated medium.
What does medium volatility mean in practice?
A medium game tends to mix smaller wins with occasional bigger ones, so a balance usually moves in steadier steps than on a high-volatility game. It says nothing certain about any single session.
How many spins will AU$50 give me?
Divide the balance by the stake: 100 spins at 50c, 50 at AU$1 or 20 at AU$2.50. Each game's stake selector shows the steps it offers.
Does a higher RTP make a big difference to my session?
Not much in the short run. Across AU$500 staked in total, the gap between 97.04% and 96.44% averages AU$3, while volatility can swing a single session far more.
Should I use the buy feature in Mahjong Princess?
That is your choice. The rules screen shows its price, and if you use it, treat that price as part of your budget like any stake.
What RTP setting does mrwin77 use for FastSpin games?
The default setting, which is the highest one FastSpin supplies. Figures range from 97.04% in Mighty Sevens to 96.44% in Tiki Rush.
Is FastSpin a casino?
On this page it is the studio that makes the pokies and fishing games in the mrwin77 lobby. You play them with your mrwin77 account.
Can I try FastSpin games without spending money?
Yes. mrwin77 supports demo play with practice credits that have no cash value, which is a good way to compare how a medium and a high-volatility game feel.
